Your aunt says carrots are good for your eyes. Do carrots really help, or is that just something grown-ups say?
AI answeredCarrots contain beta-carotene, which your body turns into vitamin A. Your eyes need vitamin A, especially in dim light, so carrots do support healthy eyesight. But once you have enough vitamin A, eating extra carrots will not give you sharper-than-normal vision or night-vision superpowers.
Actually correct - it is a trap
The careful limit is the clue.
The AI got the science right: carrots provide beta-carotene, the body can turn it into vitamin A, and vitamin A helps normal vision in dim light. It also avoided overpromising. Extra carrots do not create super-vision.
